Frequently Asked Question

  • Question:
My young child does not have an email address – can both my child and I each have a Free2Play accounts using my email address?
Answer: No, each Free2Play account needs a unique email address – one account per address. So, your child will need her own unique email address. For parental control purposes, you may want to establish an email address for your child and set that email account such that all incoming email is forwarded or copied to your email address and that your child does not have password access to the account. Doing so will allow you to control all messages that are sent or received.
  • Question:
I sent a message to Free2Play using the Contact Us page and have not yet received a reply to my message. When can I expect a reply?
Answer: While we greatly value your comments, questions, and suggestions, we are unable to reply personally to each message due to the volume of messages we receive every day. Your messages help us to identify/fix bugs and consider opportunities to improve the Free2Play experience. Thank you for your understanding, support, and encouragement. If you are having an F2PA website specific problem please check our FAQs for a solution. If doing so does not resolve your issue you might try updating your browser or using an alternative browser.
